If we cancel a contest

Where a contest is cancelled for any reason, every entry fee is refunded in full. The players are not charged for a contest that did not run.

If something goes wrong

If a technical fault on our side prevented you from completing an exam you had paid for, contact us and we will review it. Where the fault was ours, we refund the entry and tell everyone it affected.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the entry. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

How to ask

Write to support@brain-bounty.com with your username and the contest concerned. You can also report it from inside the app, under Help.
